What this site is
This is the website of BUILDEX, a trading and engineering company supplying metal ceiling and facade systems and container-based modular buildings. It is a business site: we publish product information and invite enquiries. We do not sell anything directly on this site and we do not take payment here.
What we collect

Enquiry details
If you submit the enquiry form we receive the name, company, email, country and message you provide, so that we can reply with a quotation. We keep it only for that purpose and for the resulting business relationship.

Standard technical data
Our hosting and security provider records routine technical information (IP address, browser, pages requested, timestamps) for security and aggregate traffic measurement.
Cookies and measurement
This site uses only the cookies required to serve the pages and to measure aggregate traffic. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell visitor data. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to the site.
How we use what you send
Enquiry details are used to prepare quotations, to answer questions and to arrange production, inspection and shipping if you order. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not share your details with third parties other than the service providers needed to reply to you (for example our email provider).
Drawings, specifications and quantities you send are treated as confidential and are used only to quote and manufacture your order. We do not publish customer projects, names or documents without written permission.
What we do not claim
Photographs on this site show items we have produced or shipped. Where we do not have a suitable photograph for something, we leave it out rather than use a stock image. Specifications are stated in writing in the quotation for each order; where a figure depends on the item, the quotation governs.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete the details you have sent us at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep records for an order that is in progress or for tax and accounting purposes.
